1. Returns & Replacements
- 7-Day Replacement: We offer a 7-day replacement guarantee only if the mobile handset is received in a physically damaged condition, has missing accessories, or has a manufacturing defect upon unboxing.
- Unboxing Video Mandatory: To claim a replacement or return, customers must provide an unboxing video recorded at the time of opening the package. This helps us verify the condition of the device as it was delivered.
- Seal Not Broken: For “Change of Mind” cases, returns are only accepted if the original brand seal of the mobile box is intact and unbroken. Once the seal is broken, the product cannot be returned unless it has a technical defect.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Mobile phones that have been activated or used.
- Devices with any signs of physical damage, liquid damage, or scratches caused by the user.
- Products missing their original packaging, IMEI stickers, or included accessories (chargers, cables, manuals).
3. Refund Process
- Verification: Once we receive your returned item at our Faridabad office, it will undergo a quality check by our technical team.
- Approval: If the return is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method (Bank Account/UPI/Card) within 5-7 business days.
- Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item delivered was incorrect or damaged.
4. Brand Warranty
- All new mobile phones sold on DoMobiDeal come with a 1-year manufacturer warranty.
- For any software or hardware issues after the 7-day replacement period, customers must visit the respective brand’s authorized service center.
5. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched from our warehouse. Once the tracking ID is generated, cancellations will not be accepted.
